Walking down the hallways of my high school to my next class I was bound to see him, really. But in all honesty I had never expected to. He was one of those, what do you call them; oh yeah... smart kids. Even though you once could have considered me smart I stopped giving a crap a long time ago. We didn't... well; you figured we didn't really fit. So it was a shock to see him standing in the middle of the hall outside of his classroom, gawking at me like an idiot.
